<p><i>November 14th, 2025</i></p>
<p>A couple of months ago I migrated this server from lighttpd to nginx, with the help of some friends.
This allowed me to also have a gitea on the same server, so I've got all of that set up now. I've migrated
all of my important projects over, to get away from Github and their ai bullshit. It's very nice to have
direct control over my projects now. You can check out the gitea at <a href="https://gitea.ambersplace.net/"
target="_blank" aria-label="opens external site in a new window">gitea.ambersplace.net</a>.</p>
<p>I'm still working on AI/bot scraping mitigations, but it's getting better. It's not really something
I expected to take so much work. I actually had an issue with scrapers downloading the .git folder from
this site. It's publically available on the gitea, but I blocked it just in case.</p>
<p>I've made some minor adjustments to the computers and minidisc pages, changed some wording around. I've
also added my makertube profile to the links section, and updated radmin's link to her new url.</p>
<p>That's about everything, I hope to have more soon. Thanks for reading.</p>
